Finding my way from the Abundance in Poverty elsewhere in the world to the Poverty of Abundance** in US, there is realization. We may be the best in the world for providing technical expertise and standard of medical care at any one point of care, we are very poor in delivery of comprehensive coordinated healthcare. There's much to be improved upon from the perspective of a patient's experience and outcome. Quality of Care does not necessarily reflect in disease specific performance matrices, we may or may not be achieving.
